The hotel boasts friendly staff and helpful service. My Premier Beautiful Room featured fantastic skyline views, proving to be very clean and quiet. I also easily accessed the metro and Museum of the Future, surprisingly convenient.

the gym was amazing and offered a good range of equipment for a decent workout.
i found my room to be quite disappointing. it felt old and worn, certainly not up to the standards i expect from this hotel.
